Apple picking

Still catching up on some photos from last week. One day we went apple picking. It was the end of the season and a cold day, but we got our store off apples. We picked a few from the trees and then had fun gathering dropped apples to make sauce with. The gentlemen at the orchard said we could shake a few trees. Ethan thought it was a riot watching Mommy give the tree a shake and let the apples rain down. So far I've made two batches of sauce and an apple crisp. Still need to work on the apple butter and make a pie or two. YUMMY!
