The Puzzler

Ethan's going to be like his Daddy, I think. He likes puzzles. This weekend he started playing with one of Daddy's games. It's like Sudoku, but uses colors instead of numbers. It's a fun game and it sits on our coffee table since it's arrival at Christmas. Usually Ethan moves the balls from the patterns his Daddy makes into groups of like colors, but one day he asked to set up a puzzle and work it. It was pretty amazing what he was able to do! If you gave him some guidance, he could figure out which spot in a square the color you were working on could go. It takes some good reasoning, and he wasn't guessing, because he could tell you why the spot was correct. Kind of blew me away!
