7 Months Old

Another month has come and gone, and oh how our little girl is growing! It's truly amazing to see her crawling around and interacting with her world. So vastly different from just a month ago, and how grateful I am that for camp she was not such a mover and a shaker! The pictures can't quite capture all she's up to these days. She's able to get around quite well, much to Ethan's chagrin! He's truly amazed when she moves from one side of the room to another to try and get to his things. The other day I heard a distinct THUMP THUMP THUMP as she practiced putting down her hand and moving her knee forward instead of doing an inch worm technique. She's also able to go from sitting to crawling and back again. She LOVES to eat. Imagine that?! When we sit at the table to eat and she's in her seat, she wants to join us. She LOVES cereal. Sweet potatoes are another favorite. Carrots, peas, and beans are fine, too, even if the beans are a different texture when Mommy makes them for her. Can't wait for her to taste some fruits later this week! Now that's good stuff! She loves to laugh, too. Her giggle is just too sweet. She can really get going when you tickle her. And if Ethan's around, well, the laughter seems all the more ready and sweet. She loves her big brother. It's been an amazing 7 months, and it's all just beginning!
