Yum

As you can see Ethan is definitely enjoying the tastes of life! He loves to reach out, grab hold of whatever is in his range, and you guessed it, put it in his mouth. I’ve been reflecting on how much he has developed over the past few months. No longer is the world something distant and just going on around him without him. He knows things are out there and he wants to get at them! We love to watch him play with his toys. He’s become an expert at reaching out for them and sometimes even gets one in each hand. Besides his toys, he’s also learning that his mommy’s hair can be great fun. This morning I forgot to pull it back before getting him up for breakfast. A fist full and a yank quickly reminded me! He also was ready to reach out for mommy’s coffee cup (Not yet, son!) and daddy’s newspaper (How much of the comics do you think he really understood?).

Another big event this weekend was Ethan rolled over from his belly to his back. He only did it once, and I really think he did it totally by accident, but still, he’s showing
once again how much he’s growing. Who knows what he’ll be doing next?
