Christmas morning continues
Daddy, can I help you with this one?
Tah-Dah! That's the way you do it!
Oh boy...it's more blocks! I sense a theme!
Thanks for helping me, Dad!
Daddy and me at play!
Ethan was up early Christmas morning. (Do all kids just naturally wake up at 4AM on Christmas day?) Actually, he went back to sleep, and we all slept soundly until 7 AM. (A sigh of relief, since for some reason Mom and Dad were up late that night!) It was great fun seeing Ethan's reaction to what Santa left. Since he'd had so much practice opening gifts, he was ready to tear in. We had to keep him from opening things we weren't ready for. Ironically though, he was finished with opening things before his last two things were opened. So, after a snack break, we "wrapped" things up.
He seemed to have a good time playing with his various kinds of blocks, his puzzles, and his books. We'll have to break in the sled later this week. Of course, the spring horse from Mimi was a big hit. Ride 'em cowboy!
