SURPRISE- We've been away!

Since Todd had some time off and it was my Dad's birthday we took a quick surprise trip to PA! We decided to make it a mini-vacation and stop somewhere along the way. Unfortunately the weather and some germs I picked up made it not as nice a trip. Still we did get to see some pretty new places and to visit the Norman Rockwell Museum in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.

Ethan had some rough times on the trip, but it's amazing how a new thing like Mommy's almost empty coffee cup can be a diversion! Ahhh....good to the last drop!


The best part of the trip was actually surprising Dad though. He was out working with Taylor on the tractor, so when he came back to the house for a load of stones, the three of us came walking his way. He totally wasn't expecting us and it was so good to share in some family time together.
