Family Day and an early Spring Hike

On the 15th of April we had a family day. We packed up the car and headed out.

Today's destination was Acadia. We hiked Beeches Mtn, which is a trail we did back when Ethan was just a few months old. He did a great job hiking. Even had his own stick that Mom carried most of the way!





Not all of the hike was in snow! I know these pictures make it look that way. It actually was a pretty day and much of the way was clear and dry or with trickles of melting water.



Ethan had a good time throwing rocks in the stream and a tidal pool. It was great to get out in sunshine and fresh air again!
