Simple Summer Fun

Two weeks ago we found ourselves at home for the week with a slower pace. It was nice. We slurped on watermelon and popsicles. We ate lunch on the front porch. We splashed in the "pool". We explored a nearby stream and had lunch there. Ahhhh.....the joys of summer! Lydia hung out with us as we played. She enjoyed the wind in the trees and watching the leaves.

There's nothing like the cool of the woods on a warm summer day.
