Wish you could see what I see from my window as I write this. It's snowing! It's the first day of winter, almost Christmas and beautiful white flakes are falling to the ground. Wait....I'll take a picture to share it with you.

This week the weather was not the only think proclaiming that Christmas is soon here. Ethan had his school concert. Of course it was a holiday concert, but we've also heard him singing "Hark the Herald" and "Immanuel" around the house. What a difference from last year. Last year Ethan got on the stage and stood there the whole time. Didn't sing a note. This year he was a full participant! It's such a joy to see him grow and mature.
Lydia also enjoyed the concert. It must have been perfect nap time music, because she slept most of the time!
Two fun shots to share before I close. One.....you can tell how thrilled he is that Mom made him dress up.
Two....Ethan and his friends. Such fun!
May the days before Christmas hold many signs that remind you not only that the day is coming but of the One who all the fuss is about!
