A visit to the doctor

Today Ethan went to the pediatrician for his two month check-up. Ethan is healthy and well...as if we didn't already know that. He weighed in at 12 lbs 4 oz and is now 23 1/2 inches long. Mommy knew he was good at eating! Besides visiting with the doctor, he also got his first set of shots. Ouch! ("I got my first band-aid today!" Ethan wanted you to know.) He was a good boy, since he didn't know what was coming and calmed down fairly soon afterwards. Of course, a snack from Mommy helps one forget about the sad times, too.

Ethan seemed to mind the vaccinations a little this afternoon and cried for awhile. Some Tylenol and a good nap helped quite a bit. Phew...what a day!
