Weekend fun

The weeks can get quite busy! This past week seemed to fly by. Todd worked evenings this week and the daytime got filled up with our normal happenings, plus some extras. I did get a chance to make applesauce and an apple pie! YUM!


After working hard this week, it was time for some fun. We headed to Bradbury Mountain State Park to see what we could see. Our leaves have quickly changed and some strong winds the past few days have cause quite a bit of leaf drop. It's still gorgeous though, with lots of golds and oranages. The sun was shining bright on Sunday and the brilliant blue sky was a great contrast to the colors. We took a nice hike and soaked up the warm day; It was almost 70 degrees in October! Ethan had plenty of smiles for us on the hike. The fresh air must have done him good because he slept soundly Sunday night! Not a peep until Mommy came to get him at 7AM!
