Strange Signs of Spring

The weather has been VERY strange for many of us this year. For instance, this is the amount of snow we have left in our yard.

It's MARCH. This just isn't normal! This weekend Gifford's opens, which is usually the FIRST sign of spring. Normally, there is a ton of snow still piled up everywhere, and grass, green or other colored, is a figment of the imagination. Normally, we eat our first ice cream cones bundled up in our winter coats and mittens. Today Ethan and I had lunch outdoors wearing only light jackets. Yes, a picnic in March. VERY strange signs of spring.

Just wanted to share a few shots of Ethan. When spring has sprung, rocks get flung! He loves making splashes in the trickle of water out back!
