The story of Jonah

Last night Ethan sat in his little recliner, pulled out his Bible, and asked me to sit while he read a story to me. Here's what I heard:

Jonah was ate by a whale.

Jonah's hair got wet.

An angel came.

The whale spit Jonah on land.

Jonah was safe.


It's a start, right? We'll see if we can add to the story this week as Jonah is our featured story during Bible time. But didn't you love the part about Jonah's hair getting wet? That's such a big concern in this guy's life, you know!
