The Great Turkey Hunter

It's turkey season in our house, and Ethan is working hard to bring home a good one for our feast. :)

Just had to share a game we've been playing in our neck of the woods. I printed out some turkeys and colored them in. Then I put a sight word that Ethan's been learning on each one of the turkeys. There's about a dozen of them, and he's learning words like I, and, can, see, etc. We scattered them around the room and loaded up the nerf gun. Ethan goes up to a turkey, calls out the word, and then shoots it. As you can see, he likes to narrow down the distance so it's a sure thing.
