I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas

Thursday was a snow day! It was nice to see the white stuff, just like back home in Maine. Marsha was off from school which was an extra treat, so we had more time to visit. Ethan enjoyed visiting with his aunt and liked it even more when she let him open a present early. It truly is funny though; Kids are pretty happy with a shiny bow, some crinkly paper and a BIG box. We make life a whole lot more complicated than it has to be. That evening we had a delicious meal accompanied by and some crying children (as expected) and a lot of laughter, too. Taylor and Becca were fun to watch tear into gifts. Ethan enjoyed slobbering on some of his. It was a good time to share and enjoy being together.
