Home Again

Our visit to Missouri flew by and before we knew it we were packing up to say “See you again soon”. We had an early drive to the airport, and I’m sure Ethan was thinking, “Hey, what are we doing? I’m the one that usually gets you up in the middle of the night? Why are we in the car?” Our plane was to leave at 6, but of course, we had a delay. This meant we missed our connecting flight, but thankfully, we’d already been rebooked on the next flight. Ethan had fun interacting with people at the airport. What a ham! He also entertained when he ate lunch and ended up with cereal all over the place! After more waiting we finally made it to Maine around 4 in the afternoon. Ethan did a good job with all the waiting, but was getting antsy during the last flight. Our travels could have been more stressful, so we were thankful for safe trip.

It was good to come home, but we so enjoyed time with all of our family this past month, and it seems very quiet in our home. We’re already looking forward to the next time we get to visit!
