To the beach!

When it gets hot inland....head to the coast! Ahhh...what a fun day at Popham Beach. We had a blast. We arrived in the afternoon when the tide was fairly low, but coming in. This meant there was a really cool "pool" in front of us, which was perfect for splashing and playing. A walk across what was then beach took you to the waves of the ocean. Everyone (except Ethan) had great fun jumping in the waves. It was awesome to watch the tide come in and the land disappear. What had once been a little pool became a channel with an awesome little current and even that later disappeared to be swallowed by the ocean. We went home sandy, but happy!
