Mountain Climber

Besides wandering the desert, recovering from Girl's camp, picking berries, and kayaking, Nicole, Ethan and I went on a hike in Grafton Notch. We wish Todd could have joined us. When Ethan was about 6 weeks old we hiked to Table Rock in Grafton Notch. This time, the little guy did his own climbing. I could hardly believe that he climbed to the top himself. He loved when we had to use a few metal ladders to get up the rocks. More ladders, Mommy!

The way down was a lot easier! Ethan did tucker out a bit on the way down, but he kept us looking for water to throw rocks in. After our hike we stopped at Screw Auger Falls and he was able to wade in the water and throw rocks almost to his heart's content. We finally had to drag him away though so we could get some supper. Supper at Gifford's isn't too terrible is it?
