What's for breakfast?

Who says you can't have a wonderful breakfast when traveling in an RV? While on our travels I learned how to make ebelskivers, a special Danish filled pancake. Todd got an ebelskiver pan for Father's Day from his Mom, and we tried it out the next morning. Yum! I'm eager to try my hand at some of the other combinations, but we thought strawberry filled was quite tasty. (P.S. If you have scheduled a visit to the Miller Inn, you may find these on the menu one morning!)
